Warmup:
Mobilise/Foam Roll
3 rounds:
5 Box jumps
10 Kettlebell swings
Burgener warm-up
Tractor tyre flips
Workout:
A. Snatch - (65% x 2, 70% x 2, 75% x 1, 80% x 1) x 2; rest 3 min
B. Snatch Pulls - 2 sets x 2 reps: rest 3 min
C. Back Squat @ 90%; 5 sets of 1 rep; rest 3 min
